  • The shipment price is automatically calculated for you at the checkout, depending on the shipping region and quantity. The cost includes packaging.

    Small artwork is available for UK and international delivery, using Royal Mail services.

    Once the artwork has been transferred to the courier, unfortunately, it is out of our hands. However, I will do my best to assist anyone who experiences a lost or delayed order.

  • Currently, I only offer UK postage for large artwork.

    Using Royal Mail services, the price for shipping includes full insurance, tracking and packaging.

    Please see the ‘Local Pick-Up and Delivery’ tab on this page for information on local collection options for large paintings.

  • For anyone living in the South West of England, for large paintings only I offer:

    - An arranged time and date for a free pick-up from my studio in Totnes.
    Or
    - An arranged time and date for drop-off at your home or specified location.

    Please select the ‘Local Pick-up’ option at the checkout and follow the instructions.

    We will arrange the date and time via email once your order has been processed. There may be an extra charge for home drop-off arrangements.

  • Please note that any import duties are the responsibility of the recipient to be paid to the relevant authority upon receipt of goods.

    If import duties are not paid and the parcel is returned by the shipping company, any costs related to the return of the parcel will be deducted from the customer refund which will be processed when the goods are back with me.

    Should the related costs exceed the value of the order, no further action will be taken to recover the excess costs.

  • For UK orders I offer a 14-day returns policy from the purchase date.

    For international orders I offer a 28-day returns policy from the purchase date.

    The customer is responsible for their return shipment costs.

    If you are returning artwork from overseas please ensure the package is marked as a RETURN. If this is not done, customs administration charges may be deducted from your refund.

    Once your refund has been confirmed, please allow 2-3 business days for the money to be processed back into your account.

  • In the unfortunate situation of recieving damaged artwork, I will review this on an individual basis. An initial phone call to discuss the issue is welcomed, or please email me clear photos of the fault with a short description.
